Is sell and rent back an option for me?
Can I sell my house and rent it back? I’m not sure if I have enough equity in my home to be able to enter into the FSA approved program. They can purchase my home, however I’m not sure that I can accept the discount they require of up to 30% due to having quite a lot of secured loans secured against the property. This sell and rent back my house company is who I’m waiting to hear back from them regards a quote and some final details regards the program. A good friend of mine who lives on the same road as us has sold and are now renting back their home from the same registered company and they have had no problems with them so far! I have been offered a long term secured tenancy agreement (5 years min) and the rent back company will also be responsible for all maintenance for the house and we are responsible for paying the rent each month under the terms of the tenancy agreement.
